01. Formulation Design
Our R&D team specifies precise TPU polymer blends, UV stabilizer packages, and adhesive formulations in partnership with technical teams from Lubrizol™, Argotec™, and Ashland™. Every variable is locked before Wansen production authorization is granted.
02. Wansen-Standard Controlled Supply Chain
Production batches are executed within Wansen-authorized strategic fulfillment partnerships — strictly per Wansen-locked formulation parameters. We authorize every production run, monitor every process variable, and retain the authority to reject any batch that deviates from specification standards.
03. IQC & Wansen QC Release Authorization
Every finished production roll undergoes Wansen-authorized quality control inspection at our Changzhou Quality Center (No. 28-23, Fenghuang Road, Xuebu Industrial Park). Optical clarity, thickness uniformity, adhesive tack, and thermal stability are verified against Wansen-locked release standards.
04. Wansen QC Release & Global Distribution
Only Wansen QC-authorized batches carry the WSFILM™ brand mark and QC Release Mark. No Wansen QC authorization = no market release. Authorized batches are distributed globally from our Changzhou logistics center.
